I don't think out of any that you'll see mentioned that there's a bad choice. They all have their pros/cons.
We've used Moorings exclusively since we bought in their program after our 2nd charter. We've been happy every trip. Our boat will be moving to ProValor so I can recommend them as well, just don't have first hand experience chartering with them, but know those that have.
