Well, tomorrow morning I am likely going to jump in with both feet, and do a spur of the moment rental on Virgin Gorda the first week of Feb. Will come in via SJU, then a hopper to VIJ. My plan is relaxation, relaxation, relaxation...with a bunch of snorkeling thrown in. Would like to spend a day or two on snorkeling trips to the surrounding islands and am open to ideas.

What else should I be thinking of (or thinking of bringing)?

Thanks much!

Call now for snorkeling trips. We were shut out completely last February as all the trips were booked during our stay.

Snorkeling at Mahoe and Mt. Trunk.

Spring Bay for the beach and boulders.

Saba Rock for Happy hour

Coco maya for beach front lounging and great food in a neat atmosphere

Secure a vehicle rental.
Provision at RTW or Bucks when you arrive.
Bring your snorkeling gear unless you plan on renting some or just using their stuff on your excursions.
We did a day trip to Anegada with Dive BVI, they also do a booze cruise to the Willy T and White Bay. I believe they also have another set cruise to 2-3 snorkeling spots.

I would suggest:

Hog Heaven for food, drinks and the view!...

Savannah Bay for relaxation...

Saba Rock for drinks and the amazing decks out back....

Coco Maya for the amazing beach lounges by the fire pits and their Dark and Stormy.....

VG is a great place to just relax.

Enjoy your trip!!

Lisa
