Simple for the BBQ, tenderize with a blade meat tenderizer. Rub lightly with EVOO, then rub in sea salt and cracked black pepper. Marinade overnight.

Stick it on the BBQ.

Sear both side.

Cook medium rare to medium, let it rest for 10mins, then serve, cut meat at right angles to the grain. Very tasty !
