A new twist for an old recipe. I love Pineapple Upside Down Cake but never considered making it with any other fruit. What a concept! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" />

Question...how much cider do you need to boil down, and how long, to get the 2 tablespoons?

The Boiled Cider is a King Arthur Flour Co. product...
http://www.kingarthurflour.com/shop/items/boiled-cider-1-pint

According to website... 3/4 cup of cider makes about 1 tablespoon...
