What recipes do you use Honey in?

I like to make a kind of Baklava with store bought pizza dough...

Take the dough and roll, or pull, to about 24" long (or as long as you can make it and have it stll fit in a pan) and 6-8" wide...
Cover top with Honey, cinnamon, allspice and chopped pecans...
Roll, the long way, to form a long log... and place in a jelly roll pan with the seam on the bottom...
Brush the top with honey & melted butter then dust with cinnamon and finely chopped pecans...
Bake in the oven at 400F til it is golden brown...
Let cool and cut in 1/2" slices... Great for a dessert or breakfast treat...

I like to make the crust as thin as possibe, it will sometimes be 30-36" long, and just "snake" it around the Jelly Roll Pan... or cut it in half and make two...

i use it as an ingredient for short ribs that i make in the slowcooker. it's not the star ingredient but definitely adds a nice touch.

I've been thinking about this and was trying to figure out where our honey does go. Our favorite is to toast an English muffin, spread with peanut butter, drizzle on honey then a sliced banana, mmmmmm!
