3 ripe avacadoes
melt 1/2 bag of semi-sweet morsels (or other choc to your liking)
1 tsp. agave nectar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
milk to bring it to your desired consistency.

Add it all together and it is a very smooth pudding. People will never guess it is an avacado based pudding.

I couldn't leave well enough alone. I use almond milk instead of regular milk, add a hint of baileys, and add a very small dollop of butter to the chocolate when it is melting. I don't think I will ever buy store bought pudding boxes again.

OK, this is just crazy! But the best thing about it is that it is incredibly healthy! How about using dark chocolate and adding a little cayenne pepper?

I think both dark chocolate and cayenne pepper would be excellent additions. I am a big fan of dark chocolate, but had some choc chips to use up.

How much is 1/2 a bag? I have a 4 lb. bag of chocolate chips from the warehouse club but I suspect that's not what the recipe is calling for! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" />

Picking up some avocados today- I LOVE avocado brownies so this is right up my alley! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Clapping.gif" alt="" />

If I can't be a good example, I'll just have to be a horrible warning. [Linked Image]

I think it is the regular 12 oz bag, so 6 oz of chocolate chips is what I used.

Sounds great! When you say 1/2 cup of cocoa, do you mean cocoa powder or the hot drink? Thanks!!

Wow this sounds interesting. Would also love the avocado brownie recipe, dharma.
