Sheesh. At least it's proactive. Not sure what you 3 are grousing about. Sorry, I would say it is REACTIVE. Proactive means you do something prior to the need for action. A proactive approach focuses on eliminating problems before they have a chance to appear and a reactive approach is based on responding to events after they have happened.
