No need to move them. They will be covered back up by sand soon enough. And possibly, if those boulders weren't there, the road might erode away..

For all the times we have been, we have never seen Maho with that little sand. When the ships were in and the excursions were at SSBB there were so many people with no place to watch planes it made it damned scary to drive by there. I had visions of someone falling off the wall in front of or on the car. Lots of people, lots of liquor, plenty of traffic and no place to stand or walk......a disaster looking for a way to happen.
