We always buy a can of “Fix a Flat” when we rent a car just in case we have a flat tire a distance from where we are staying. Never used it but helps us relax knowing we can get the car going in a few minutes.

I guess so. It means though that police should always do enhanced controls on scooters.

No, they wouldn't, especially since it's illegal to have a gun at all.

not to turn this political but I think 2fingers is saying that guns should be legal and permits could be issued if they were for protection to responsible people. I have one but don't always carry at home.
