Alamanda is not currently open. The story after Irma was that they were not going to reopen as a hotel, but were going to operate as long term rentals. However, a story in the Daily Herald just this week said that they were going to be reopening as a hotel in 2020. That was the first I had heard that.

Not sure which websites those were, but they were very definitely wrong. I wouldn't put much stock in them, in future. LinkHere is the Daily Herald link, which is technically about Palm Court, but refers to Alamanda
