Bill drove through there yesterday, said it was crazy scene. The police don't even try to stop them.

Bill drove through there yesterday, said it was crazy scene. The police don't even try to stop them. Probably because they can't. They can escape quickly weaving in and out of cars. The police do not have that luxury.

Of course they can. On Sunday just now the roads are nearly deserted.
