I know that parties involved in the Webster property dispute have been talking recently and that a request has been made for the Minister of Justice from France to intervene. My question is: are there any protests underway now or planned for the weekend or have they all agreed to put them on hold until a meeting has been held.
We arrive tomorrow and just want to be able to plan our travel route to the French side (where we are staying).

Mikel--The protest is supposed to be SUNDAY, not Saturday, according to the Daily Herald.

But a protest doesn't automatically mean a road closure. I'd wait and see, but if you have to go through French Quarter, it's not bad.
I'm going where the weather suits my clothes.

No problem. I didn't see the story earlier as it is only in the full edition, not in the online one.
