Are you asking for yourself, or just curious? I think the answer is that you either have to test negative OR get a doctor to write a statement that you are 'recovered'.

Or walk around the hotel on the 4th day, telling people you got COVID on their premises.
Neighbor just got back from Bahamas, before leaving, he test Positive, no symptoms, but pregoo wife and kids negative. They send wife and kids home on a flight, no masks. They get sick in flight......
The dad never gets a symptom but tests positive....After 3 days of quarantine, eating wings and beer all day, he reads the hotels covid insurance; has a stipulation they will medic you home if need be. He Keeps calling hotels covid insurance agent, who doesnt return calls.. Finally tells manager if they dont call him back in an hour, he'll walk up and down the hotel halls ,telling folks he got covid in their hotel.
He got a ride on an crusty old Lear jet the very next morning.
So....do what he did.
