SXMScubaman OP Traveler Joined: Mar 2009 Posts: 18,856 Auburn, WA	Blue cheese dressing. What we did was brush olive oil on before grilling each side then added the dressing of our choice along with the grated parmesan. You can also drisle some balsamic glaze it you have any.
