Grilled romaine is killer. It looks really good but I'm not a porterhouse fan. Give me and your wife the filet. Enjoy!

Scuba--can there be "too much wine", if you're grilling in? Don't think so!
You know, I've never had grilled romaine. I guess I should try it sometime.

Blue cheese dressing. What we did was brush olive oil on before grilling each side then added the dressing of our choice along with the grated parmesan. You can also drisle some balsamic glaze it you have any. That sounds yummy!!
