I think we tipped $100 for a full day, small family for single crew member. Captain - Were you the owner of the boat?

Ditto what the non-captain Captain said. We tip $100/crewmember/day - whether Cap only or Cap and First Mate. Wer also buy them lunch, if we drop the hook for lunch somewhere. Crew has always seemed happy enough with this.
