Husker OP Traveler H Joined: Jul 2020 Posts: 527 Bay Area	I know this topic has been batted around in past posts, but I would love a refresh. For crews on private boats who are paid a salary by the owners, what is the norm when the owners are aboard?

greenfields Traveler G Joined: May 2021 Posts: 65 canada	Ditto what the non-captain Captain said. We tip $100/crewmember/day - whether Cap only or Cap and First Mate. Wer also buy them lunch, if we drop the hook for lunch somewhere. Crew has always seemed happy enough with this. Cheers Greenfields
