While we enjoyed the burger bar especially the service, the ice cream bar did not look inviting as back home we are spoiled with farm made ice cream

The ice cream bar in Maho does not have a menu So I took photos of the ice cream options on the signage behind the counter.

If they serve ETNA ice cream made on SXM it would be great. Etna is one of the best I have tasted. Look forward to Rum Raisin every year.

I was able to buy Etna ice cream in July at the Chinese market headed into Quarter D'Orleans (left side headed south). They had a very good selection.
