Hi what is the best car rental place on the island. Inexpensive don't need a jeep. I like working with locals if possible and reasonable. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" /> Thanks

We prefer Amalie Car Rental for 4WD. I've had friends with recent challenges at Discount and Dependable. Amalie is more expensive than the national franchises, but the vehicles are less than two years old.

I agree with Rick! Amalie is the way to go. Local, family owned business that goes above an beyond, with great vehicles!
