Our favorite BVI bread is from M&M bakery on Virgin Gorda. From the marina, head west down the road (right) and go down the one-way street at NADA. They open in the evening through 11AM. They also have whole roast chickens in the evening. Opening time is usually 6pm, but we go around 8pm to get loaves of whole wheat bread. I've seen this bread sold at Bucks and Leverick Market. If they have coconut tarts, I get a box of them.

For Norman - Deliverence goes boat to boat selling its wares, including bread. On Jost, Christina's Bakery on the road across from the dock (next to Customs Building) makes great bread daily (during normal hours I might add). M&M (6 PM until early am - depends when the baking they do for the restaurants and resorts is complete) on VG and Dotsy's or Pam's Kitchen (if open) on Anegada all make fresh bread.
