Hey.
Does anybody know where to get bread in the BVI on several islands? Right now we are in Cooper, what about Norman or JVD? Any hint appreciated. Thank you

On JVD I believe there is still the bakery behind the police station...Harbour Market in Soper's makes very good baguettes..I also believe you can get decent bread at Leverick....BTW pick up some Samosas at Leverick if the local lady has made them...we had a breakfast of Mimosas and Samosas..YUM!

There's a bakery at Great Harbor JVD, just up the road from the customs dock.

Deliverance usually has fresh sliced bread for sale. Not cheap but then again what could be more convient than having it delivered to my boat on a mooring?

Rudy's on JVD is pretty well stocked.
My foot fits right into my shoe and my shoe will fit right into your...

Our favorite BVI bread is from M&M bakery on Virgin Gorda. From the marina, head west down the road (right) and go down the one-way street at NADA. They open in the evening through 11AM. They also have whole roast chickens in the evening. Opening time is usually 6pm, but we go around 8pm to get loaves of whole wheat bread. I've seen this bread sold at Bucks and Leverick Market. If they have coconut tarts, I get a box of them.

Pam Soares' bakery at Neptune's on Anegada. She has the best coconut bread and also does breakfast sandwiches on her freshly baked bread.

If you don't wish to walk or taxi to M&M for their fresh bread which is best..Bucks at the Marina has M&M products as do many other places in the BVI. For sliced bread that is delicious and holds up very well in the environment look for M&Ms potato bread..amazing, but often not available. Their oat bread sliced is also killer!

For Norman - Deliverence goes boat to boat selling its wares, including bread.
On Jost, Christina's Bakery on the road across from the dock (next to Customs Building) makes great bread daily (during normal hours I might add).
M&M (6 PM until early am - depends when the baking they do for the restaurants and resorts is complete) on VG and Dotsy's or Pam's Kitchen (if open) on Anegada all make fresh bread.
