I've lost over 100 pounds since last March...
I'm not following any diet, per se, but more following a rule...
"only ONE pork chop"... eat less = lose weight...
eat SLOWLY and always wait 20 minutes before even thinking about taking any seconds or dessert...
chances are you'll be full by then...
It takes 20 minutes for your stomach to tell your brain you are full...
I still lost weight over the Holidays using that rule... and still got to eat pie for dessert!
also, only eat when you are hungry... if it's dinner time and you're not hungry... don't force yourself to eat just because it's dinner time...
