another favorite of ours for boneless skinless thighs...

Cut into strips...
marinade about an hour in teriyaki... no longer or it overpowers the dish...
and sauté them with Green/Red/Yellow bell peppers... onions... garlic... and frozen baby peas... a little white wine... S&P to taste...
serve over rice of your choice (we like brown or white rice mixed with wild rice)... yummmmm!
