Does anyone know how they grill the lobsters out on Anegada? Yes, I know it's done over a grill... I did not watch when I was there in February and want to try it at home, today. I saw they were split and covered with foil. What is the approximate timing and sequence... Is if grilled on both sides? Looking for advice from all of <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/dine.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Thumbsup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Clapping.gif" alt="" /> you home grilling masters
