I'm not certain but if you're inferring our problem was at Toppers, it was NOT since we rarely, if ever, go there in the first place, and after smelling the finally offered glass of tap water at the restaurant I was thinking of, I wouldn't drink it because of the odor. Nothing that smelled that foul could possibly taste good.
