Sounds like lovely sweetness! I love mixing those flavors. Yumma!! When in Sicily I noticed that potatoes were par-boiled prior to roasting. I'm sure this made it easier to prepare but they were outstanding!! The other night I made these for a dinner party (got little Yukon's @ Trader Joe's) w/olive oil, fresh rosemary and shallots. OMG!
