United airfare for November is price prohibitive from Newark. Even though it has come down in the past 2 months, it's still above $800. per person. And I just paid within $50 of that for a March trip and also a November trip. For that I also get to connect and spend most of the day traveling. You also have more options (airlines and airports) from your area than most others anywhere in the US. It is only "price prohibitive" as people are used to $500 or less for non-stop air that arrives early in the day. It is not the end of the world.
