I would not even trust it for a dive except we kept a qualified skipper onboard. Still surprised me so much chain was on the bottom. G One heck of a lunch hook But back to the crowded mooring fields,in some cases the waters where you can anchor are 40’+- and a second anchor to keep you in one place (Bahamian Moor) is needed. Boaty Ball suits the owners so they don’t have the hassle to send someone to collect but like most people say there are day boats that want to have lunch or cocktails and move on to another island and this Boatyball restricts it and the restaurants lose more then the cost of a mooring.
