I think it makes sense that the person making the call (using the roam network) pays the price. I just don't about the USA person calling SXM....yes it's a USA cell number BUT using a roaming network. Not at all like wifi calling which does not use any network Edit: HMMMMM Do I get charged for calling a US number that is abroad?
From home or office: if you are calling a U.S. number, it is not an overseas call, regardless of the phone's location. Only the called party will be charged. Depending on your area code and the area code where you are calling, toll charges may apply if you do not have a U.S. nationwide calling plan.
