I don't understand the need to show evidence of a negative test AND a completed vaccination record.....it should be one OR the other (I know the vaccine card is not a go yet) . Sounds like it would be easier to say you didn't get the vaccine and just submit the test results. It really was not a big deal to upload two docs instead of one.
