I've been a confirmed AA customer for years but given the many changes in AAs schedules and equipment over the last seven or eight years, we've been forced to make quite a few JB flights and my experience has been they're not without their own issues. Perhaps not the same ones as AA, but the issues are there, believe me. And they can range from booking problems, to over-zealous flight crews, to ever escalating pricing in their tickets.
