Brian, I love pickled beets. In fact I love just about all pickles. Though I have never tried a pickled egg but I do remember them in the bars I frequented in my younger years! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" /> I lost my favorite pickled beet recipe so if anyone has a tried and true one please post it!
