Not trying to be sarcastic, but the best viewing spot is from a spectator boat, but they are probably all booked by now. Therefore, next best option is anywhere along the shoreline, where you can enjoy yourself and watch the boats from a (long)distance. The starts and finishes are offshore of Simpson Bay, but one probably won't see much from there. Rah Rah Rasputin They put some poison into his wine He drank it all and said "I feel fine"
