Last summer I was making this as a peach sangria, but this year I tried it with mango nectar, and wow, people are LOVING it!

I use a big acrylic or glass pitcher. Fill 1/4 full with ice. Add chablis or pinot grigio up a little past half full. Pour in some peach schnapps and a can of mango nectar (I use Goya). Top off with some club soda and give it a gentle stir. You can throw in some peach slices, mango slices, or whatever fruit you want for even more eye appeal and flavor. If you want it with more alcohol punch, you can add some vanilla vodka. It's pretty easy to make by the glass if you don't have a crowd.

That sounds awesome. I made a MUCH more complicated version - I'm liking your version better.

Another goody - a peach mojito. Use some peach nectar with rum, some lime juice, mint and seltzer. Holy cow. Good stuff.

Oh, YES! I've been making the peach Sangria for years but I just happen to have some Mango Nectar in my 'stock pile' so I'm going to try this out!
Thanks.
