According to their website, they were due to open in April. Does anyone have a more recent update ??

Yes they did....nice bar area and seating...restaurant, a few shops, library, coffee shop and small pool. We took the ferry over from Gun Creek. Ended up staying only an hour or so... it was a Thursday and they were only serving small bites. There was a group from a catamaran there so the pool was crowded. Left and went to Leverick for lunch. It is a beautiful spot. There were turtles swimming and if we had brought our snorkeling stuff we may have gone in..there was a small beach area.
