I have left over buttermilk that I needed for a recipe and having a hard time coming up with something to use it for other than pancakes, bisquits, or for chicken...what are your favorite recipes for baking using buttermilk? Thanks in advance!

I soak chicken pieces in buttermilk overnight. I bread them and bake them in the oven. They come out crispy but moist inside. Not bad. I also make raisin bread with buttermilk. (In a bread machine). Anon ellie
