Leona--Are you sure this is the thing going up next to El Z? It was supposed to be something else and the story says that the project is on Beacon Hill Road. El Z and Beachside are on White Sands Road.

Leona--Are you sure this is the thing going up next to El Z? It was supposed to be something else and the story says that the project is on Beacon Hill Road. El Z and Beachside are on White Sands Road. The picture in the paper is NOT next to ElZafiro.

My friend owned one of the lots, it's on Beacon Hill Road.

Leona, You're there and I'm not so presumably you're correct but I was told by a local it's a totally different location than adjacent to ElZafiro. I don't think there's enough raw land there for something of that magnitude. It doesn't make sense to me but as I said, I'm not there. I had the definite opinion it was elsewhere but in that general corner of the island but I guess we'll see soon.

Different project. That has been ongoing for more than a year. The building that you reference, in the article, in your first post is different. They have started demolishing existing structures and excavating but have not started any building.

Leona--Yes, Topper is building that project also, but a totally different one than the one referenced in the newspaper article you listed.
