Jason--what do you know about any protests? The St Maarten newspaper says there have been some protests in Roadtown.

Hi Folks, Well it's like you can't make this stuff up. Cat 5's, Closed Borders, and now the craziness with the Premier/UK Gov't. We are not alarmist but also have no desire to have a trip potentially challenged with the craziness of what is going on. We just want to enjoy our trip and getting back to VG. I've traveled internationally for business for years and one of the no go's was always if the Gov't is not stable - do not go. I'm looking at this a bit different with UK oversight which no matter what side people are on at least there is oversight. Thought's on go/no go? Thanks! I definitely understand your concern. But I have a good friend coming into VG this Friday - not planning on changing anything. Good to be aware of for sure, but I would not be worried about your trip being impacted
