OP bakins ail Traveler B Joined: Feb 2025 Posts: 5	Hi All, I would like to rent a car on VG for a day and saw a post regarding staying at BEYC and picking up a car in Gun Creek. So is it safe to dinghy over to Gun Creek? Is there a dinghy dock that’s ok to leave it for the day? Will Mahogany or other car rental meet us there? Thanks! And I have really enjoyed doing research here. So much valuable info!

I used to do it all the time when clearing into and out of the BVI (while the office was open). The holding is good. And if your dinghy can plane, then the trip there from anywhere in the north sound isn't too bad. The dinghy dock at Gun is quite small but protected. It is used by locals.
