I think other options from sju to eis are cape air and intercaribbean, I've been using flight aware to see how many times IC cancelled or delayed for the past week so far my flight time was delayed once yesterday.

Just rebooked using FLY BVI for our group. Anyone have any experience with them? Was only sensible option for my dates besides changing travel dates.

Looks like United is rebooking with Cape Air but you will need to call them to get you on the Cape Air flight. Some of the flights are at a different time than the original Silver Flights so might cause you to have a long layover.
