goozee said: There is a laundry mat at Soper's - behind Voyage. Can you share more info on this location? When we were at Sopers about 3 weeks ago we asked 2 different people and each told us we had to taxi to the nearest place, which we did. We would prefer to skip the taxi and love to know about this secret. Thanks.

Manpot said: I think you'll find its past Voyage..just past "Scaramouche"...a great place to relax while doing laundry..had another terrific lunch there yesterday and it looks like the Poker Run may be using it as a stopover.. Thanks Mal! We will try that in March and yes, I bet it has a much nicer view.

Near Sopers Hole there is a lady who does laundry named Emma. Her laundry is just up the road between sopers and sea cow. Just ask anyone in Sopers about Emma and they will give you the 411. You can have her do it for you or u se her machines as well.

Mardi Gras, I like the bucket approach but don't want to have to store it. The dry bag stores flat and used very little water, so we're going that direction. Works well enough, better if you pretreat any spots. I can't seem to use a grill without getting a couple of spots on me.
