We honeymooned at Caneel Bay Sept 10-17, 1989...Great weather with a little more wind on the 17th as we went to STT on Ferry. Rain began to roll in as we went to airport.
Hugo hit on Sept 18th.
I am pretty sure we did not have travel insurance.
