Not Realy...... To. Many unknowns still. ...No vaccine.... It's going to be a Looooooong Ride I am not in the camp that thinks a vaccine is the "cure all" for anything and everything dealing with this. Way too many people take various flu vaccines and still get the strain it is supposed to prevent, same with shingles and the vaccine for that. A vaccine may likely help the overall situation, but they are not foolproof and will just provide a false sense of security in some (not all) cases.
