Pandora depends on which router and what connection. If you are on a US network, you'll get it but on a BVI network (or Antigua and Barbuda, as it says) you'll get a message from Pandora saying "This service is not available in your country." Tune-in Radio app works well, though.
That's what I got last year using LIME. Is there a work around? I'm kinda internet dumb <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" />
