Rather than post a duplicate... see recipe for Mary's Lamb... or MOUSSAKA... we also recenly got some lamb steaks at A&P that were marinated in tea and encrusted in crushed peppercorns (like you would for steak au poivre)... did them on the grill to med. rare... Really Good! It's about the only meat that a tea marinade works on... Just regular Liptons or whatever... nothing fancy...
