Thats why I said "what ever spices you like". I can't eat shell fish anymore, but I'll prepare it any way folks like! I was a butter only person too with lobster <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" /> Now shrimp on the other hand...I used to like it marinated many ways or with just with a little old bay!
