Antibody tests certainly do detect Antibodies from the vaccination. Just a little confusing when CVS has this on their web site. COVID-19 Antibody Testing

It is important to remember that COVID-19 antibody testing should not be used to determine or validate the effectiveness of a COVID-19 vaccine... looks like there might be different antibody test needed to detect vaccine generated antibodies vs covid virus generated antibodies
