As far as Beachside, their prices are much higher in high season, yes. We always go off season, so prices are much lower. And their prices are based on one, two, or three bedrooms. The only addition to their prices is a 5% tax. And there is daily maid service. To ME, timeshare has never been my deal, because we could never go the same week every year, but everyone is different.
