Check the schedule for the cruise ships and avoid that place when they are in port. As for the jet skis....I think we are stuck with those as they were "grandfathered in" and are legal at CGB and Leverick. However, I've watched the guys at Leverick from what I saw last year, they seem VERY responsible and courteous in regards to the mooring fields and other boats.
