Yummy... simple...
serves two...

Two split Thomas' English Muffins, toasted
Some steamed Asparagus
one pkg. Knoor's Hollandaise Sauce
four slices of Canaian bacon (or Ham, or regular bacon)
four Poached Eggs

Make Knoor's Hollandaise Sauce...
Steam Asparagus til tender...
quick fry Canadian Bacon... (or ham, or regular bacon)
make poached eggs...
assemble...
English Muffins...
Then Canadian Bacon...
then Asparagus...
top with Poached Eggs...
and then cover with Hollandaise Sauce...

I LOVE Eggs Benedict and make them all the time on Cattitude, and I LOVE Asparagus. Now I HAVE to make this. YUMMY!!!!
